Lodge Hurricane update:
We are still awaiting inspection for permitting. Once the inspection of the demolition of the ground floor interior is completed, we should receive written notice whether we have substantial damage or not, and where we stand on the FEMA 50% rule. We hope to have this information by January 1st.
We have a few options, depending upon the outcome of the inspections, ranging from rebuilding the interior to where it was before the storms, to (heaven forbid) having to relocate.
No matter what option presents itself to us, it is going to be very costly. Once we know which direction we are heading with our building we will present a cost analysis so our members and friends will have a clear view of our financial needs.
