What an amazing night of Masonry last night at Gulf Beach Lodge. Here is what went on.
- Brother Aron Zion of John Darling Lodge prepared a wonderful baked ziti meal for us.
- R∴W∴ Michael St-Laurent, D∴D∴G∴M∴ was in attendance and was acknowledged.
- We welcomed two first time visitors, Br∴ Kyle Carver from Leitchfield Lodge No. 236, Kentucky and Br∴ Aron Zion, John Darling Lodge , Tampa.
- Br∴ Dagoberto Cruz returned his Master Mason Catechism in an excellent manner.
- R∴W∴ Howard Knapp presented Br∴ Dago Cruz his lambskin apron.
- R∴W∴ Michael St-Laurent presented W∴ Joe Sosa the 2023 Grand Lodge Masonic Education Achievement Award.
- Br∴ Al Yoder, Chairman of the Holiday Basket program reported that we came in under budget this year and that we delivered 16 food baskets over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- R∴W∴ Howard Knapp gave his year end Treasurer’s report and thanked W∴ Bobby Burkett for taking over as Treasurer in 2025.
- Br∴ David Marrs, Project Manager for the Hurricane Recovery, gave an update which included some positive information regarding permitting and inspections.
- R∴W∴ Howard Knapp gave Masonic Education on Funeral Lodges and how they are opened.
- The craft donated $150.00 to the Crisis Center of Tampa in honor of W∴ Bobby Burkett’s year as Master.
- W∴ Burkett presented the 2024 officers with a Gulf Beach Lodge T-shirt in appreciation for a great year.
- W∴ Burkett gave his year end Master’s Report which was met with a standing ovation.
